One other point I can recommend to the nighttime reflection is a simple visualisation. It’s something that’s helped bring energy into my intention setting.
I rezonate with what you wrote about "downhill" moments being equally progress; I'm curious if the FUSE study touched on how students were supported to see those challenging times as progress in real-time, or if that understanding typically only comes in hindsight.
It took me long time to have a healthier relationship with mistakes. Practicing meditation helped a lot.

2) I said something humiliating about a 3d person, then I quickly realized it, said I was « deleting » that, but I feel very ashamed !
